Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of RYVO Store. RYVO Store is a brand operated by the site owner from Egypt. Please read them before ordering — you accept them at checkout.
1. Who we are
RYVO Store ("RYVO", "we", "us") is an online store selling digital products and digital services. RYVO is a trading brand operated by the site owner; we do not publish a separate registered company identity on this site.
You can reach us at support@ryvostore.com. This is the correct channel for orders, refunds, privacy requests and any dispute.
2. What we sell
Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is physically shipped, and we never ask for a postal address.
We sell: game keys and DLC codes, software licences, gift-card codes, subscription codes, and game purchase services where our team performs a purchase or task on your behalf.
3. Delivery
Delivery depends on what you buy, and we do not claim that every order is instant.
Stocked digital codes — game keys, DLC, software, gift cards and subscription codes — are delivered automatically once your payment is confirmed and stock covers your full quantity. In practice this is usually immediate.
Service products are performed by a person. After your payment is confirmed the order enters our service queue, and you can follow its progress on your order page. These are not instant, and we do not promise a fixed completion time.
If we cannot deliver an order, we will tell you and resolve it under our Refund Policy.
4. Orders, pricing and tax
Prices are shown in the currency of your selected country and are confirmed by our server at checkout — the amount you are charged is the amount shown at that point.
Where tax applies to your region it is added at checkout and shown separately as "Tax" before you pay. Your order total always includes it.
An order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm your payment and begin fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, priced in error, or the order fails a fraud or security check — and where you have already paid, we refund it.
5. Payment
Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Where a manual payment method is used, you pay outside this site (for example by bank or wallet transfer) and upload proof of payment on your order tracking page.
A person on our team reviews that proof and approves or rejects it. Until it is approved your order is not paid, and if no proof is uploaded the order expires automatically.
We never see or store your full card details.
6. Your account and the information you give us
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Please give accurate contact details — we use them to deliver your order and to reach you about it.
For some service products we ask for details of your own third-party gaming account so our team can perform the purchase you asked for. Providing them is your choice and only ever happens after checkout. They are encrypted, used only to complete your order, and deleted once the work is finished. Never send us credentials by email or chat.
7. Digital codes after delivery
Once a code has been delivered to you and works, it is your responsibility to redeem it on the correct platform, region and account. Please check the platform, region and requirements shown on the product page before you buy.
If a code does not work, contact us — see the Refund Policy.
8. Third-party platforms
Platform and publisher names, logos and trademarks — including Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, EA, Riot and Battle.net — belong to their respective owners. They are used only to describe what a product works with.
RYVO is an independent store. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or a partner of any of these platforms or publishers unless a specific product page says so explicitly.
Your use of a platform is governed by that platform's own terms, and platform rules can affect whether a product can be redeemed or used.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use RYVO to commit fraud, to pay with a payment method you are not entitled to use, to resell in breach of a platform's rules, or to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
We may suspend or close an account, and cancel orders, where we reasonably believe this has happened.
10. Availability and liability
We work to keep the store available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and product information can contain errors.
Where something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is to deliver what you paid for or to refund it under the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
11. Refunds and privacy
Our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms. Please read them — they explain when a refund is possible and what we do with your information.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as the store changes. The version published here applies to orders placed after it is posted.
