- Stocked digital keys, gift-card codes and downloads are delivered to your account and email as soon as your payment is confirmed — usually immediately. Service orders are completed by our team, so they are not instant; you can follow their progress on your order page.
- Where do I find my keys?
- On your order's delivery page (Account → Orders) and in the delivery email. Codes can be revealed and copied there.
- Which currency am I charged in?
- The currency shown is set by your selected country. Every price on the page uses that same currency.
- Can I get a refund?
- Undelivered or faulty products are covered — see our Refund Policy for the full details.
- Is my payment secure?
- Payments are handled over an encrypted connection, and RYVO never sees or stores your full card details. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.
